Please read these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) carefully before purchasing or accessing any services provided by Ironix Fitness (“Ironix,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By enrolling in any coaching program, purchasing services, or accessing our website, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using our Services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to comply with these Terms, which constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Ironix Fitness.
2. Our Services
Ironix Fitness provides online fitness coaching and consulting services, including personalized training plans (Prime/Prime Plus), nutrition guidance, progress tracking, and group or individual accountability support via platforms such as WhatsApp.
2.1. Nature of Services
Our services are for educational and motivational purposes only. We are not a medical organization. Our trainers are certified fitness professionals, not registered dietitians or medical doctors.
2.2. No Guarantees
While we strive to provide the best strategies for achieving your goals, we make no guarantees regarding the specific results you will achieve. Results are dependent on your personal effort, consistency, and unique physiological factors.
3. Client Health Declaration and Liability
3.1. Medical Clearance
You confirm that you are in good physical health and condition to participate in the programs offered by Ironix Fitness. You must consult with a physician or other qualified healthcare provider before starting any exercise or nutrition program, especially if you have pre-existing health conditions, injuries, or are pregnant.
3.2. Assumption of Risk
You acknowledge that participation in any exercise program, whether at home or in a gym, involves inherent risks of injury, illness, or death. You voluntarily assume all such risks associated with your use of the Services.
3.3. Limitation of Liability
Ironix Fitness, its coaches (including Pranav Sir), employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any injury, loss, damage, expense, or claim of any kind whatsoever arising out of or resulting from your participation in the programs or use of any information provided.
4. Payment, Refund, and Cancellation Policy
4.1. Payment Terms
All coaching fees for the Prime and Prime Plus plans are due in advance, billed on a Monthly basis, as selected at the time of purchase.
4.2. No Refunds
All fees paid for coaching services are strictly non-refundable. This policy is due to the immediate allocation of resources and personalized planning that begins upon enrollment. We do not provide refunds for dissatisfaction, failure to complete the program, or changes in personal circumstances.
4.3. Program Holds/Pauses
We may, at our sole discretion, allow a one-time program hold/pause for documented medical emergencies or unavoidable personal circumstances. The hold duration is maximum 2 weeks and requires 7 days written notice.
4.4. Termination
We reserve the right to terminate your access to the Services, without a refund, if you breach these Terms, including but not limited to abusive behavior toward staff or other clients.
5. Intellectual Property and Usage
5.1. Ownership
All content provided to you, including personalized training plans, nutrition guides, videos, documents, and the Ironix Method methodology, is the exclusive intellectual property of Ironix Fitness.
5.2. Permitted Use
You are granted a limited, non-transferable license to use the coaching materials for your personal, non-commercial use only.
5.3. Prohibited Use
You shall not copy, reproduce, share, distribute, sell, or publicly display any part of the coaching materials or proprietary information provided by Ironix Fitness. Violation of this clause is grounds for immediate termination without refund and may result in legal action.
6. Communication and Privacy
6.1. Communication
All official communication, including program updates and personal check-ins (for Prime Plus clients), will take place through WhatsApp, designated client portal, and official email: connect@ironixfitness.com.
6.2. Privacy
Your privacy is important to us. Any personal or health information shared with Ironix Fitness will be handled in accordance with our separate Privacy Policy, which you agree to upon enrollment. You grant us permission to use your submitted progress photos (Before/After) for promotional purposes only if you have provided explicit written consent to do so.
7. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [Specify Jurisdiction, e.g., India], without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in New Delhi.
8. Changes to Terms
Ironix Fitness reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of significant changes by updating the “Last Updated” date at the top of this document. Your continued use of the Services constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
